What is PowerFlow?

PowerFlow was born out of my own story. Fitness has been part of my life forever, but my senior year of college changed everything. I tore my ACL and meniscus in the most unexpected way, and suddenly I went from being an athlete my entire life to barely being able to walk. I spent six weeks on crutches and nearly a year feeling like I’d hit rock bottom. That injury forced me to slow down, pay attention to nutrition, and realize just how important strength, mobility, and proper training truly are. Looking back, that was the seed of PowerFlow before I even knew it had a name.

MEET Tyler Argento

I grew up playing competitive sports, went on to study Sports Administration and Exercise Science in college, and have coached thousands of in-person and online sessions. Coaching has always been my passion, and it’s what led me to create PowerFlow.

After a knee injury in college, I discovered the power of strength training. Lifting became the foundation for not only staying strong and healthy but also for building confidence and creating real change in my body and mindset. That love eventually led me into powerlifting, where I’ve competed and continue to train.

While powerlifting is a big part of who I am, PowerFlow isn’t just about lifting heavy. I coach everyday people and busy professionals, making fitness simple, sustainable, and flexible. My goal is to give clients the tools and routines they need to succeed long term, so they can feel confident, strong, and prepared to handle whatever life throws their way.
